Eliane Markoff is an experienced and creative executive with expertise in coaching technical professionals in leadership and management skills, and in helping organizations and individuals resolve conflict. Eliane’s career involves global work primarily in the high tech industry managing international programs and staff. Eliane has a passion for coaching and empowering scientists and engineers to improve their leadership skills. Eliane creates the environment that allows technical professionals to collaborate effectively to help bring a product to market in the most effective and successful way.

Eliane is a mediator/neutral for Real Estate Bar Association (REBA) Dispute Resolution, Inc.

Eliane was Adjunct Professor for Management and Organizational Behavior at Bentley University for graduate and undergraduate degree programs.

Eliane is the Founder of Art in Giving LLC,, a non-profit gallery that promotes the fine arts of several prominent and emerging artists to benefit childhood cancer research and other health initiatives. She has successfully launched an organization that partners with Fortune 500 companies such as Sanofi/Genzyme, Pfizer, Equity Office, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., BioMed Realty and Raymond James.

Eliane has also lent her leadership skills to her community in a variety of Board positions. She is on the Board of Trustees at Wheelock College. Eliane was honored in 2012 by the Wellesley Free Library Foundation as an individual who has had an impact within and beyond the Wellesley Community. Eliane was also honored in 2011 with the Giving Back Award by Women Entrepreneurs in Science and Technology (WEST). Eliane is fluent in French and Arabic. She earned her MBA from Boston College and her BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. She lives in Wellesley with her husband, Gary and has a daughter, Audrey, who is a marketing manager in a software company.
